We explicitly do not collect:

• Your voice recordings or transcriptions on our servers
• Personal identifiers linked to your recordings
• Location data or contacts
• Third-party app data or browsing history

2. How We Use Your Information

2.1 Local Processing

All voice processing, transcription, and AI analysis happens locally on your device using:

• Apple Speech Framework: For voice-to-text conversion
• Apple Natural Language Framework: For text analysis and insights
• Core ML: For on-device machine learning features

2.2 Service Improvement

We use anonymous, aggregated data to:

• Improve app performance and stability
• Understand feature usage patterns

If you enable iCloud backup:

• Your recordings may be included in encrypted iCloud backups
• This is controlled by your iOS settings, not DayVo

We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your recordings never leave your device unless you explicitly export them.

We may disclose information only if required by law, but since we don't store your recordings, there's minimal data to disclose.

5.1 Data Control

You have complete control over your data:

• Delete Recordings: Remove individual or all recordings anytime
• Export Data: Export recordings as audio files or PDF transcripts
• Disable Features: Turn off transcription or AI features
• App Deletion: Uninstalling removes all local data

5.2 Analytics Opt-Out

You can disable anonymous analytics in the app settings or through iOS privacy settings.

6. Children's Privacy

DayVo is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

7. International Users

DayVo processes all data locally on your device, regardless of your location. No data is transferred internationally unless you explicitly export it.
