Welcome to DayVo! These terms govern your use of our voice recording and transcription app. By using DayVo, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using DayVo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Leago AI, Inc.
2. Description of Service
2.1 DayVo App
DayVo is a voice recording and transcription application that:
- Records voice memos, thoughts, and ideas
- Provides real-time transcription using Apple's Speech framework
- Offers AI-powered insights and summaries
- Enables search and organization of recordings
- Allows export of recordings and transcripts
2.2 Local Processing
All voice processing and transcription occurs locally on your device.
3. User Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use DayVo. Users under 18 must have parental consent. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and all activities through your use of the App.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
4.1 Permitted Uses
- Personal voice journaling and note-taking
- Recording your own thoughts and ideas
- Creating meeting summaries and memos
- Educational and professional purposes
4.2 Prohibited Uses
- Recording others without explicit consent
- Violating privacy laws or regulations
- Recording in prohibited locations
- Storing or processing illegal content
- Reverse engineering or modifying the App
Important: Always obtain proper consent before recording conversations. Recording laws vary by jurisdiction.
5. Your Content and Data
You retain all rights to your recordings, transcriptions, and content. We do not claim ownership. You are responsible for the content of your recordings and backing up important data.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Privacy Overview: DayVo is a 100% on-device app. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your data. All recordings remain exclusively on your device.

7. Subscription and Payments
DayVo offers core features for free. Premium features (advanced AI insights, enhanced export) are available through in-app purchase. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store — Apple's terms and refund policies apply.
8. Intellectual Property
DayVo and all related intellectual property are owned by Leago AI, Inc. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DayVo in accordance with these Terms.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations
We cannot guarantee 100% uptime, perfect transcription accuracy, or compatibility with all devices. Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality, speaking clarity, and language. Leago AI, Inc. shall not be liable for loss of recordings, inaccurate transcriptions, or indirect damages.
10. Termination
You may stop using DayVo at any time by deleting the App. We may terminate access if you violate these Terms.
11. Updates and Changes
We regularly update DayVo and may modify these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
12. Legal and Compliance
These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California. If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions stay in effect.
