DayVo is a voice recording and transcription application that:

• Provides real-time transcription using Apple's Speech framework

• Enables search and organization of recordings
• Allows export of recordings and transcripts

2.2 Local Processing

All voice processing and transcription occurs locally on your device. We do not store your recordings on our servers.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use DayVo. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device and App Store account
• All activities that occur through your use of the App
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You may use DayVo for:

5. Your Content and Data

5.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to your recordings, transcriptions, and any content you create using DayVo. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5.2 Data Processing

By using DayVo, you grant us permission to:

• Process your recordings locally on your device for transcription
• Generate insights and summaries from your content
• Enable search and organization features

5.3 Data Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• The content of your recordings
• Backing up important recordings
• Ensuring you have rights to record any content

7. Subscription and Payments

7.3 Billing

Premium subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. Apple's terms and refund policies apply to all purchases.

• Software code and algorithms
• Trademarks and branding
• Documentation and content

8.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DayVo for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Service Availability

While we strive for reliable service, we cannot guarantee:

• 100% uptime or availability
• Perfect transcription accuracy
• Compatibility with all devices
• Uninterrupted service

9.2 Transcription Accuracy

Transcription accuracy depends on various factors including audio quality, speaking clarity, and language. We use Apple's Speech framework but cannot guarantee perfect accuracy.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leago AI, Inc. shall not be liable for:

• Loss of recordings or data
• Inaccurate transcriptions
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Business interruption or lost profits

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may stop using DayVo at any time by deleting the App from your device.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to DayVo if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

11. Updates and Changes

11.1 App Updates

We regularly update DayVo to add features, improve performance, and fix bugs. Some updates may be required for continued use.

11.2 Terms Updates

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of DayVo will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.
